INSTRUCTORS

 Design and Allied Topic: Trece Chancellor, is a  Master Flower Show Judge, and a FSS and Symposium Instructor in Design and  Flower Show Procedure. She is a member of the NGC Board of Directors, serving as FSS Judges Council Chairman.  Her designs have been published in several books, including Pg 39, Creative Floral Designs: Step by Step.  She is active in her local Garden Club and Judges Council and is wife, mother and grandmother of 10.  She is an avid runner and has completed 4 New York City marathons!

 Horticulture: Dorthy Yard, is a graduate of California State College and West Virginia  University.  She is a Master Flower Show Judge and a member of the Erie Guild of Flower Arrangers.  She is also a Gardening Studies, Landscape Design Studies and Environmental Studies Consultant.  Mrs. Yard is currently serving on the NGC Board as President of the Pennsylvania Federation of Garden Clubs.  Her hobbies include gardening and needlework.
