Garden Clubs in Texas
 CLUBS

 Welcome to Our Website

The Frisco Garden Club promotes an interest in gardens, their design and management.  We cooperate in the protection of wild birds, wildflowers and native plants and encourage civic plantings.

Our activities range from garden tours, to community projects, to friendly monthly meetings sharing knowledge on gardening and learning from guest speakers.

Time to Prune!
FG%20Tulips.JPG This is the time of year to prune.  It is essential to promote growth.  By removing deadwood, spent blooms or unruly or unhealthy growth, you allow a healthier plant to take shape.

FG%20Pink%20Daisy.JPG By adding compost to your beds, you will improve the quality of your soil.  Compost is organic matter that can be dug into the soil to improve structure, aeration, water retention, drainage and
nutrient quality.  It also fosters healthy, vigorous plants.
