TFGC Forms to Print Out Some of the forms below are available as Portable Document Files (PDF's). To access any of the materials listed below in PDF, you need Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader. If you do not currently have this program on your system, you can download it now FREE here. Some of the forms can be filled out online, and then printed. However, currently the changes you make while filling in the form cannot be saved on your computer (unless you own the Adobe package. But you can fill them out and print them. * In addition to fillable PDF's, we also have fillable Word forms for some documents. Obviously, this requires that you have Word as a word processor on your computer. However, with these forms, you don't have to worry about having lines wrap when you type into an underlined field. You can only type into the gray fields. If you type a lot of information in, you may create another line in the document, and eventually you may create extra pages this way. You can tab from field to field. You can print, email, and save the changed form on your computer. Some of the fields are drop-down lists: click and hold your mouse on the field, and it will display the options. For example, for "District" the options will be I, II, III, and IV. Slide your mouse down to the desired option, and let go.
