Now for the fun part. Here’s where you’ll keep members updated on the latest and greatest in and out of the garden. Our calendar feature gives you an at-a-glance summary of all that’s happening in your club, including a listing of all regular meetings. Add other club events, too. And with a little more data entry, you can list classes, shows, tours and events in the larger community.
Members may review events in a number of ways:

The calendar listing provides a one-glance overview. Use the buttons to view events by year, month, week or day, and navigate date to date using the arrow buttons.

Members may enter a specific date or “today” with the buttons on top of the calendar for a snapshot look of that day’s event name and time.

Click on an event listing anytime to get more details, such as time, address and description. Just as on any web page, the underlined text indicates that you can link to more information.
In your calendar description section, you may choose to provide instructions for browsing to prompt new users.
To post events, scroll down and click the “new events” button and follow the easy prompts.
