Junior Garden Club "Earth Team"
MEMBERSHIP:
The Junior Garden Club is open to all children in the community in grades K through 5th. Kindergartners must be accompanied by a parent. Time: 3:30 PM until 4:45 PM. Place: the following Elementary Schools:
2nd Thursday - Newlonsburg
3rd Thursday - Heritage
4th Monday - Sloan Aims for Juniors:
1: To create interest and to show the need for constant loving care when growing plants. 2: To become more aware of soil conservation and protection of our wildlife, flowers, and birds. 3: To learn basic flower arranging and to participate in a flower show. Earth Team is financially supported by the Murrysville Garden Club and the Newlonsburg, Heritage and Sloan Elementary PTO's.
