The objective of this association shall be to promote an interest in horticulture, conservation and ecology.  To promote the beauty of the Rose: and to arouse in the community a greater degree of civic pride by flower shows, lectures, maintaining a public rose garden, and to aid in the protection of wildflowers, birds and butterflies.
