Annual Dues  

Our annual dues are $7 plus $1 per month for a total of $19 and are due October of each year. Club members who are Ohio Association of Garden Clubs Life Members’ dues are $14. Club membership entitles members to receive The Garden Path, the quarterly newsletter for the Ohio Association of Garden Clubs as well as the Federation newsletter. 

Member Participation

l Meetings: Club members are encouraged to attend as many club activities as possible. After all, we have so much to learn from each other! Each summer, the Program Committee will solicit members who volunteer to host and co-host the monthly meetings. The hostess provides the home for the meeting and beverages; the co-hostess provides the refreshments.

l Plant Sale: All members are encouraged to plan ahead for the plant sale by propagating plants, digging and potting up plants from their yards. Don’t have anything to share or bring to the sale? Raid (with permission, of course) your friends’ and neighbors’ yards or volunteer to set up, price, work the sale or dismantle the sale afterwards. 

l Ohio Association of Garden Clubs: OAGC offers numerous educational activities throughout the state. From Regional meetings to Exhibitors’ and Judges’ School, Convention and Gardeners’ Day Out and motorcoach bus trips – learning opportunities abound. It is all about Knowing, Growing, Showing and Sharing!
