Flower

It is classified as Lagerstromia indica.
Native to China, it is widely cultivated in the
southern United States for its showy white to red
or lavender flowers, which grow in clusters.

Collect
Father of all Loveliness, teach us to understand
the Joy of Color, the Harmony of Form,
the Beauty of Proportion,
to know the real in Art and Nature;
To be content with what we have, but not satisfied
until our homes reflect the best in ourselves;
To appreciate the simple joys of acquiring
and possessing, and make our homes
and cities a joyous place in which to live.
