Monthly Hospitality Responsibilities
The Hughes Auditorium/Mahlstede Building at Reiman Gardens will be open before 6:30 p.m. by an assigned monitor employed by Reiman Gardens. We need to be out by 9:00 p.m. Hospitality duties are to be divided among members including what to serve and individual responsibilities. About 20-35 people attend meetings. Consider a variety of light refreshments (something for diabetics too) and possibly a hot and cold drink. Try to keep things simple to reduce the number of trips from the parking lot. Using a floral arrangement or potted plant is nice (fresh/real plant material is preferred). The club coffeepot will be stored in the kitchen at the Mahlstede Building for use at club meetings and other activities as needed (or taken home for use at the following meeting). Please bring your own paper or cloth towels and utensils as these are not provided. For club meetings not held at Reiman, special instructions will be given to the members. If you have changes, please contact the Hospitality Chair, Linda Hodges. |
