Successful Spring Plant and Bake Sale!

Our annual Spring Plant & Bake Sale was held on April 10, 2009 at the Plaza in downtown Eatonton from 8am to 12pm.   The sale provides funds to support  Turner Park and our Library Project, as well as other garden club projects.  Our sale was part of the Ferst Foundation’s yard sale.  Ferst Foundation provides books for children.

Phyllis did a wonderful job of coordinating and informing the media in preparation of the sale. 

Our members contributed many plants from their gardens.  We also had a wonderful assortment of baked goods from our members and a white elephant table again this year.  With everyone’s help, we made $844 this year.
