The Iris Garden Club is a very active club. 

We are proud to be the Garden Club of the Year of Augusta Council.  

Our members have many talents and have won awards in Flowers shows all over the state.

• We have a Flower Show Judge
• Several Master Gardeners
• Three life members of Garden Club of GA
• Three members on the Augusta Garden Council
• Our club has won State Awards for projects
• Maintain a Blue Star Marker at 5th Street Bridge in Augusta originated by Charter Club Members in 1947
• Some of our members present programs to other club on topics such as Table Setting and Centerpieces, Drying and Dying Hydrangeas, Decorating  For The Holidays Naturally, Blue Bird Trail/Blue Bird Houses, and Iris Hybrids.
• We have a fashion Show called " Fashions for the Fashionable Gardener"
