The Village Garden Club of Andover
Civic Beautification
Public plantings include Elm Green, a veterans’ memorial park in downtown Andover that the club designs and plants for three seasons. The club maintains two veterans’ memorials at Ballardvale Green and Elm Green in Andover. We have created and maintained a large perennial garden and an outdoor sitting area at the Andover Senior Center.
