Hot Springs Council of Garden Clubs

The Men's Village Garden club is a group of men interested in gardening and dedicated to community beautification.  The Club is located in Hot Springs Village Arkansas which is a large gated community forty miles southwest of Little Rock and fourteen miles northwest of Hot Springs in central Arkansas.  We currently have 73 members.

Meetings

The club meets on the first Wednesday of each month except there are no meetings in January, July and August and the December meeting is the Christmas Party.  Generally, the club meets at the Coronado Center.  A social half-hour offering Coffee and doughnuts begins at 9:00 a.m.  The program and meeting begins at 9:30 a.m.  Occasionally, we meet at special locations such as Garvan Woodland Gardens  a botanical garden in near by Hot Springs.         programs>

Objective:

The objective shall be to coordinate the activities of those interested in more and better gardens, to stimulate interest in cooperative gardening, to study in all aspects the fine art of gardening and to increase the active interest in civic beautification.
